I worked at UBS as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Great experience, quickly bonded with the 5 members of my team. Workload was extremely manageable and actually enjoyable. They were receptive to me in asking for my opinion on investments and inviting me to client meetings.

    Cons

Sometimes there wasn't enough work for me to do as an intern, so there was a lot of down-time. Also, the HR rep for the team was extremely unprofessional and has not responded to any of my 3 e-mails asking about full-time employment opportunities.
