I worked at UBS as an intern for less than a year

Pros – People are nice and very supportive. As an intern I was able to talk to a lot of very senior managers. HR is very nice and supportive.

Cons – The whole organization is really big, so it is hard to figure out and pinpoint the problems. Pushing through changes could be hard. There are some few harsh people within the organization

Advice to Senior Management – Be more efficient
