    Pros

    Long but regular hours, working with the best analysts in the street, strong cash equity business, great collaboration among colleagues, great atmosphere on the research floor (except during bonus season)

    Cons

    poor bonus, talent mgmt could be better (what s the point of training and spending money on ppl to let them go 2 years after they start)

    Pros

    Company culture is good. depending on the area/team, you have a chance of keeping a reasonable work/life balance.

    Cons

    Internal mobility is limited. Appraisal process is changing all the time, still haven't found a way to make it objective.
