I worked at UBS full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Well paid, willing to invest on graduate trainees

    Cons

Being extremely conservative on technology compared to other major IBs; people somehow prone to secure their jobs instead of striving for better quality in IT. Headquarter in Zurich has too much impact on other regions like APAC.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hands-off more on regions, and willing to really do strategic changes (i.e. decommission the legacy systems and technology) and to embrace new technology.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
