Pros

Great great people
Benefits are still relatively good, even with the gradual downgrade

Cons

So many layers for the littlest of things - but not sure how you can avoid that in such a huge organization

Reputation- though slowly healing

    I have been working at UBS full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    - Given a lot of responsibility right away
    - Good Work/Life balance to study for tests (Series 7 & 66, CFA, GMAT)
    - Opportunities to meet with different wholesalers from different industries

    Cons

    - Work can sometimes get repetitive
    - Difficult to grow out of the position, unless you want to become an advisor
    - No training for analysts when initially hired

    - Structured training for incoming analyst
