UBS – “Lack of strategic direction....”

work life balance, benefits, friendly, european brand, exposure to different business units

Cons

Senior Mgt gives no direction, very disorganized, lack of innovation, US business has less flexibility in making business decisions (most decisions come from Europe), commute to stamford can be difficult, compensation lower than other banks, dress code is VERY casual (I prefer a business environment)

UBS has laid off a significant amount of people and many respectful seniors have left. There is a lack of focus as to where the business is going. A lot of people are losing confidence in this company....

Where is this business going? Direction is needed.....
