Current Intern - Anonymous Intern in San Diego, CA

I have been working at UBS as an intern (More than a year)

Pros

Very flexible schedule, some interesting projects to work on. A great introduction to what its like to work for a corporate wealth management firm.

Cons

Interns have many restrictions, which sometimes limits the types of projects you can do. You definitely tend to get stuck with a lot of boring activities.

    Pros

Great Management and work life balance; your contributions can really make a positive difference. I work on a great team with very knowledgeable and talented people. My Management provide full support to get through challenging assignments.

    Cons

Budget cuts (like everywhere else) present challenges, but even in times of zero spend, once can achieve better system capabilities through innovation and challenging the status quo.
