    I worked at UBS full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    decent brand globally, building was in a decent location in London

    Cons

    evil people, mistreats employees, no longer the smart organization it once was, and allows a-holes to flourish. They break contracts at will, and lie to employees about the meaning of their contracts. Felt like I needed a lawyer with me continuously.

    shut this place down. seriously.

    Flexible hours. Good base salary. Tidy casual dress. Fast paced international organization.

    Cons

    Pressure to cut costs, do more with less and threat of layoff for low performers.

    Try to minimize staff layoffs.
