I worked at UBS full-time (more than an year)

Pros

- You get a shot at doing the stuff only senior folks do at other banks, because senior people leave at an amazing rate.

Cons

- The bank has had heaps pf problems in the past years, rogue traders, fired CEOs, rotating cast of senior management.
- The bank most notorious for over-hiring and over-firing (ask the FICC guys)
- The bank will soon have no FICC or Investment banking businsess to speak of, so unless you want to work in wealth management, look elsewhere.
