Lumbering from one accident to another

Associate (Former Employee)
New York, NY

Pros- You get a shot at doing the stuff only senior folks do at other banks, because senior people leave at an amazing rate.

Cons- The bank has had heaps pf problems in the past years, rogue traders, fired CEOs, rotating cast of senior management.
- The bank most notorious for over-hiring and over-firing (ask the FICC guys)
- The bank will soon have no FICC or Investment banking businsess to speak of, so unless you want to work in wealth management, look elsewhere.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
