Cons

The Swiss are a strange people. They are extremely difficult to get to know.
You must learn the language.
The bureaucracy in UBS is huge. The Chinese whispers you have to go through to get to the person you need can delay a decision weeks! Mind you, once found direct communication always gets good results.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop cutting jobs of people who are actually producing and cut some of the managers! The management structure is too deep, flatten it out.
