Current Employee – been working at UC Berkeley full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Nice people, great work/life balance
Cons – no cost of living increase in over 7 years, no promotions, very challenging to find opportunities for growth or promotion across the campus
Advice to Senior Management – create incentive program to reward staff for working hard and make all accountable
