I worked at UC Riverside full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I got valuable research experience on top of the education I received while earning my degree. Depending on the laboratory, you can get a very wide range of experience. You also get to basically choose your own hours.

    Cons

It can be a very challenging environment. Constantly need to push yourself and learn new things.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better compensation for graduate level researchers would be nice.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
