Pros

safe, decent benefits, openings all the time

Cons

expect to do way more than pay title, no structure for annual reviews, very hard to get a raise. Ended up at $46,500.

    Great colleagues and bosses. Feels like family. Some of the perks include free production attendance and food.

    Great location, great university, great leadership.

    Cons

    Low pay for students, greater employment preference given to students with aid/work study. Harder to get a job without work-study.
