I have been working at UC San Francisco part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Good opportunity to learn a lot about the health care industry and lots of entry level jobs. There are lots of young people that work there as well.

Cons

Not a lot of advancement opportunities and chances to change positions. Also the organization can be slow moving.

Advice to Management

Be more open to innovation.

You can work with some really spiteful and incompetent people.

    Advice to Management

Leading by example and not by fear is how things should be done. Hardly anyone sides with the one being attacked by incompetent management.
