Pros

Good vacation, good benefitis, some really smart people to work with. Great place to work at, if you want to stagnate at the same position

Cons

Does not provide an opportunity to grow, the senior leadership does not openly communicate plans with employees and are not very flexible.

Advice to Management

Take care of employees, regularly communicate with them, listen to their concerns and work on to resolve them. Must provide opportunity to grow.

    Pros

Great benefits, very friendly and professional staff, nice offices and work campus. You will love the HR staff and travel department! The week of Christmas is paid vacation for the whole company. Sr. Level staff is treated very well.

    Cons

Some VERY long hours, very few actual lunch breaks (as you are expected to eat while you work at your desk.) Very unorganized finance department and budget tracking system. Lower level and admin staff is treated like the "help".

    Advice to Management

Admin staff should not be expected to work 60+ hours a week cover multiple positions. Senior management should have a review of each department in place to ensure that adequate staffing is secured. Breaks for lunch or to step outside for fresh air can be reenergizing to your employees.
