Former Employee – worked at UCB

Pros – Good vacation, good benefitis, some really smart people to work with. Great place to work at, if you want to stagnate at the same position

Cons – Does not provide an opportunity to grow, the senior leadership does not openly communicate plans with employees and are not very flexible.

Advice to Senior Management – Take care of employees, regularly communicate with them, listen to their concerns and work on to resolve them. Must provide opportunity to grow.
