    I have been working at UCB as an intern for more than a year

    Pros

    Great place to learn team work and collaboration;
    Many opportunities to learn both on the job ant trough specific learning activities;
    Truly global corporation with branches in more than 30 countries and possibility to travel a lot.

    Cons

    The level of competence among the management is not always consistent: there are some people in positions of responsibility that are not exactly qualified for the role and dealing with them can be utterly frustrating.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There should be more accent on meritocracy and not only seniority.
