Pros

Some nice people, reasonable salary. It is a very relaxed working environment.

Cons

Mangement lack direction, and communication outside of Braine is not very good. You get demotivated the longer you stay their.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your staff, give them direction and clear feedback on what they are doing.

    the company is market leader in allergic segment, and possess most of the patent in this segment and thus working under its core competency

    Cons

    ucb is not a good paymaster and the product range is also limited. it should enter into other therapeutic segments also

    Pros

    good company in the field of biotherapeutics, very skilled people in a difficult field of the pharmaceutical research, good work atmosphere.

    Cons

    salary reviews are not always fair, slow advancement, the company tends to hire people directly at opened positions rather than promoting people in the inside, Slough is not a nice city to work

    there is some nice managers; the way the crisis is managed is maybe not always optimal, with little information to the employees
