UCB Bank is the most disorganized and dishonest bank, I 've worked for in 10 years.
The will say anything to lure you in by promising you raises and better position, but they have no intentions on performing. They prey on chinese americans as workers intimidating them that if they are fired, they will not be able to work at others chinese banks.
Advice to Senior Management
What senior management asks to do is simply illegal, do not ask employees to brake the law, when the regulators come in be honest, we do not want to go to jail.
