Pros

Management supports its employees through the good times and the bad. Pay is decent. I have developed a very close-knit group of co-workers.

Cons

Incompetent and inept managers who don't know talent when they see it. The louder you are, the more quickly you move up. Unfortunately, the loudest are also the least brilliant, all bark no brains. The industry has also become very unprofitable, why not get rid of some folks? I hate my job and that impacts my whole life. They lure you in with promises of opportunities that never appear. Morale is very low, some of the best folks on my team have been so beaten down they have stopped caring.

Advice to Senior Management

It's the digital age, stop using paper...and you wonder why things don't ever get done quickly!
