Pros

People are friendly and the manager gives many opportunities for its workers to enroll in classes so they can gain more knowledge. It's not a huge company, so you get to know a lot of people quickly. There is no major problem communicating with other departments, they all seem very responsive regarding to any issues.

Cons

There's a lot of workload with many overtime. The pay is not as competitive as other banks.
