Pros – Great learning opportunity. Large amount of autonomy. Work at own pace. Awesome student job. Fantastic letter of reference from professor.

Cons – Hard to communicate with professors due to their lack of time and non-response to emails. Nonelectronic paysheets. Too slow of pace at times.

Advice to Senior Management – Respond to emails. Make research opportunities for undergraduates more accessible. Foster greater entrepreneurial spirit amongst entire community, from students to faculty.
