Current Employee – been working at UCLA part-time for more than 7 years

Pros – The companies on campus are very flexible with scheduling work hours for their students. And also because you work with people your age, it's more exciting and fun. I love meeting a variety of people from all over the country since UCLA is one of the Most prominent colleges to visit on the west coast.

Cons – It may be good sometimes to work with your friends, but the downside is that it may be different out in the real world. I don't think we get the same work experience.

Advice to Senior Management – I think the communication between the management and the students/workers is vital. When that fails, we start to notice deficits on our sales.
