I have been working at UCLA part-time for more than a year

Pros- You can't beat the location.
- Good benefits.
- Great work opportunities for students.

Cons- Not much room for quick promotions or upward mobility.
- Can feel stuck if you want to stay within the university but do other things.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
