    I worked at UCare Minnesota

    Pros

It's a good place to get oriented with the medical insurance industry; not as far in the south metro as some of the "big boys".

    Cons

Politics plays a big role in your employment at UCare. It's not about what you know, it's all about who you know ... and how well who you know likes you. The culture there is very click-oriented, much like that of high school.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Attitude and gratitude ... I would look into these two areas as they need much improvement!
