Not bad, but they changed what made UDR a wonderful company.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe pay is good, benefits are good, some senior managers are great, and the people are wonderful.

ConsThe company its self has changed and they are selling the properties that make UDR who they are. They have become less focused on people and more on making money. I understand growth, but if you take care of your people, the people will take care of the assets, and ultimately you will see financial growth.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest in your employees and they will invest in you. Management needs to have better communications to the operation staff. Their is a lot happening with UDR and the employees seem to never have a clue what is going on.
