Cons

Upper management silos / cliches of power - so often things don't get accomplished.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Stable work Clean Environment Non-management employees are hard working.

    Cons

Raises are non-existent Fairness among divisions is non-existent Human Resources is a joke who doesn't help with problems. Constantly more responsibility without pay increases

    Advice to Management

React on a more mature level. Communication is the key to happy employees Fairness comes first.

  2. Secure job, but questionable management

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    - Stable and secure - Good benefits - Great work/life balance

    Cons

    - Compensation sub par - Often, promotions and other incentives are given without any regards to others with seniority and how it could affect company morale - Hard to advance within the company. Usually have to transfer to a different division or job hop within the companies to get ahead

    Advice to Management

Don't insult employee intelligence. Capping wage increases on all employees but then raising the dividend an unprecedented 25% is a slap in the face to your employees and will most likely end up in losing top talent.
