I have been working at UHEAA full-time for more than a year

Pros

If you work hard, your actions will be noticed and there is plenty of opportunity for career growth. You will gain a lot of knowledge in the student loan industry and will be able to help people overcome their financial barriers if hired in the call center.

Cons

The student loan industry is very enormous and you will need to learn a lot of information. Most of the time you will learn this through self teaching.

I have been working at UHEAA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The benefits are incredible, the management is in your court. You have a gym that you can use for $5.00 a month. You get half off tuition at the U and so does your spouse after 6 months and 1 year of working respectively. Co-worker s are down to earth and there are small competitions for movie tickets and various other prizes. You get all major holidays paid off.

    Cons

Working at a call center will wear on you, there can be angry borrowers, (customers).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
