Very unqualified and unprofessional management

I worked at UHS-Pruitt full-time for more than 3 years

ProsCare provided by some is excellent.

ConsVery unqualified staff for managing a facility of their size. Some members of care staff did not provide adequate level of care. Very unprofessional,unpleasant and immature staff behaviors, at even the highest level. Incredibly high turnover.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: The best thing about working there is the patients. A few of the staff are great but the patients… Cons: Upper staff - management and many of the charge nurses - were really bad about not telling lower staff (laundry, kitchen, CNAs) anything about patients… Advice to Senior Management: Talk more to those who are lower than you. Those who are on later shifts need to know what… More
