I worked at UM

Pros

- Definite opportunity, but sometimes you have to really push for your own opportunity
 - Great benefits - insurance, PTO, 401K, etc.
 - Lots of great people, good environment

Cons

- Lack of work life balance is sucking life out of many employees; management has a really hard time creating & sticking to scope to protect teams from being completely overworked
 - Major disparity in salaries - you have to be incredibly proactive about pushing for the salary you want & it will likely take leaving or threatening to leave to get it

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Truly promote work/life balance - set boundaries with clients from top down to protect employees from burn-out
 - Foster more fluidity between groups to allow people to try different positions - especially at more junior levels
