I worked at UMB Bank full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Competitive salary; growth within the company; college assistance.

    Cons

A good employee who is struggling in a certain position is easily let go rather than try and place that employee in a more suitable position within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you have found an excellent employee, who not only works great with the customers, but their co-workers as well, but is struggling in a certain position - let's say being a teller. Don't let that employee go, find another position they can work in that will benefit both the company and employee. It does work - other companies have done it.
