Good, but for a certain Kind of Person

Intern (Former Employee)

Pros-It's an international organization so you experience how things work
-There is alot of literature available for those interested
-It's a good name to have on your CV

Cons-As an Intern, you're given a limited amount of work and nothing challenging
-Too much bureaucracy and paperwork one doesn't really substantial work as an Intern unless you're in the HQ New York Office.
-it's unpaid; when the work involved is quite a bit.

Advice to Senior Management-Be more open and have a transparent Intern programme
