    Some departments frown on work from hone corporate pushes a lot of company propaganda through intranet, average/below average salary

    Focus less on project management and more on applicable knowledge and technical aptitude when hiring management

    Pros

    Fabulous Accommodations department, lots of continuing education opportunities, timely responses to any inquiries or difficulties occurring

    Cons

    Human Resource department, while perhaps depending on which individual is working with you, is not an adequate support for employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Investigation into breach of policy claims do not seem to be taken seriously, as one individual stating an issue was addressed does not quantify handling the situation appropriately.
