It paid the bills

Prosfast paced environment and great training.The work is challenging, the money is okay and the people are great.

ConsHard work... Everyone starts as part time. You have to weather the elements. It takes years to move up and get benefits or a pay raise.

Advice to Senior ManagementReward your people. Display strong leadership.
