Current Employee – been working at UPS
Pros – Tuition Reimbursement up to 2,000 a semester.
Great hourly pay for working and going to school. Almost can't beat it.
Full-benefits for part-time work.
401k and pension for part-time work.
Great Management experience/resume builder.
Lots of Higher Management Opportunities within the company.
Cons – Highly stressful
Management vs. "Union" a battle fought every day.
Hard shift times to work but also flexible.
Needs 150% every day of your life
Advice to Senior Management – Be more supportive and aware. Too much push, push, and not enough advise on how to grow.
