I have been working at UPS full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

the best pay, benefits, and pension plan in the industry today. Union.

    Cons

Very micro-managed. treat employees unfairly. ever since they became a public stock, the comapny is going downhill. they only care about there numbers and nothing else. the only company that hires you on a monday and then tries to fire you by friday. thank god for union. if it wasn't for the union, the management would like to pay everyone peanuts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should sit back and "GET THE BIG PICTURE"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
