    Pros

Great job security. Sense of accomplishment every night. Benefits are outstanding. No need for a degree to earn a low level management position. Decent autonomy given to part-time supervisors in regards to how to run their operation.

    Cons

Not all employees share a sense of urgency to get packages delivered on time. Difficult discipline process. The union can make life difficult and frustrating. Difficult to complete degree while giving job 100%.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to offer merit based pay to encourage consistent outstanding work from the unionized employees.
