Pros

Excellent upper management that treats its employees fairly.

Cons

Some middle management uses the knowledge and suggestions of their employees to only benefit themselves and do not share the recognition to those that made these suggestions or improvements.

Advice to Management

Listen to your lower level employees with the same ear that you listen to from your upper management peers.

    Advice to Management

I enjoyed my time as a UPSer. I worked my way from a union worker to a supervisor while in college. I was passionate about the company and wanted to move from operations to corporate finance, the field I recieved my degree in. I went through the MAPP process and expected to find opportunities as I was willing to relocate.

The communication through the internal job site is terrible.... I applied for at least 20 positions and recieved no feedback from anyone. I started applying elsewhere and landed a position within corporate finance for a different fortune 50 company 3 weeks later.
