Great treatment of workers, excellent pay and benefits. I exercise while working. I get to meet a lot of people and stay moving so as to not get bored.
Cons
Hard work all the time. My body gets banged up a great deal. Job is tough on knees and back. Heat and rain can be uncomfortable.
Advice to Senior Management
Lower the management to hourly ratio.

I agree with driver-it is quite obvious that you do not work for the same UPS that I do.
