Pay at one time was very good but now it is just average for a very hard job

Cons

Typical old boy network. If you were not a drinker and wanted to go out drinking with your co-workers every night then you weren't a team player. They were also very intimidated by black women that managed in the same way as their chosen white males. Language was very unprofessional, lots of cussing and yelling.

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure that every district is operated the same way that they portray in Atlanta
