UPS Sales Associate in Milton, WA:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Easy and simple job.
Genuinely helping people.
Learn the prices on shipping and services.
Pack / Ship your packages for a reduced rate.

Cons

The Pay is only minimum wage.
There is really no room to advance in your career.
Absolutely positively no benefits.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't cut hours so far back and pay your people a little bit more for their loyalty. A little more goes a long way.
