All depends on management

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe part-time positions are fully covered in benefits after 1 year and there are several shifts you can choose from. Depending on your area they might also have a tuition assistance program. Great for those of you in school.

ConsI've had several different managers and supervisors while working part-time for UPS and if they do not have their act together your shift does not run well and life can be overly stressful.
