Pros
Your job is secure at ups seeing they have never laid off management people. As a result, some incompetent people remain in the management masses.
Cons
Creativity, imagination, and inspiration are descriptive words rarely heard within the walls of a UPS building. The status quo is the way to go here.
Advice to Senior Management
Challenge people, don't settle for average
