Pros

Good salary, benefits, the hours are great if you hate your wife and family.

Cons

Once your in management in UPS they give the same old "your a partner, your name is on the door" Its all crap once you walk out that meeting integrity is the last thing on everyones mind. Dont turn your back or someone will stab you. Oh and good luck having a life cause you wont time off is a joke they give you 5 discretionary days and unlimited sick days which you get lynched if you even try to use. UPSers dont EVER get sick and if you are laid up with the flu and stay out for two days you are not taking enough ownership.

Advice to Senior Management

Get a freaking clue. Treat your people better that includes management people. And stop with that open door policy stuff becuase its crap the minute you open your mouth in this company you get squashed. Also "integrity" which you all preach well take a good look and you will realize that there is not alot of it going around. "Yeah we used 60 routes hahaha but 5 of the helpers had their own trucks"
