I worked at UPS part-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

I had a good group of people working with me so the sort wasn't bad. Was able to move around within the facility and training was good. Pay is good for being part time and there was benifits

Cons

Had to leave since there was a lack of job advancement, some people did not pull their weight and nothing was done about it.

    Pros

    Benefits medical, dental, vision Union. Steady job warehouse it will always be a necessity for any economy. Consistent raise periodically.

    Cons

    Bad Union protects the lazy and makes the hardworking work even harder. Supervisors micromanage and have poor communication skills

    Restructure the corp.

    I have been working at UPS full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Benefits and anyone can make up to 80000 a year. All you have to do is sell your body and soul.

    Cons

    Threat of being fired everyday. Dishonest mgmt.90% of hourlys have back, shoulder, knee, ankle injuries and hernias. Constant push for production at any cost.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep forcing all your employees into injuries an into quitting.
