Pros

Great benefits and college assistance Advancement Opportunities (although some positions, i.e. driver, is in very high demand)

Cons

Poor and sometimes dangerous working conditions. While management tells you to work at a safe and steady pace, it's not always possible with the amount of work required. Work load/hours vary

    Pros

Great benefits, good pay, will work with school schedule.

    Cons

In a warehouse position, loader/ unloader, they will work you to the bone. Even though the union book dictates "fair days work for a fair days pay" they will invent all kinds of numbers and ppm (Packages per minute) requirements for you to meet. Just stand your ground and tell them your doing the best you can.

    Advice to Management

Stop pressuring employees to work so fast. Speed and safety are two oppostire things. You can't expect 1200 ppm for 4 hours 5 days a week and also expect that employee never to get hurt.
