Pros

The insurance and retirement plans are incredible.

Cons

Difficult to advance and part-timers are poorly represented by the union.

    Pros

    Great benefits and college assistance
    Advancement Opportunities (although some positions, i.e. driver, is in very high demand)

    Cons

    Poor and sometimes dangerous working conditions. While management tells you to work at a safe and steady pace, it's not always possible with the amount of work required.
    Work load/hours vary

    Money. Which is the root of all evil.

    Cons

    Managers are soulless. The bottom of the barrel. All the good ones fled.
