UPS – “The money is great but the hours are long.”

Pros

The money and benefits are great. Once you get out of the building in the morning you are your own boss.

Cons

The hours can be long and you are constntly questioned about your performance. It seems like management is always trying to fire someone. December is insane!

Advice to Senior Management

Management should treat the hourly employees more like humans. Give us some respect. Stop being so jealous about how much money we make.
