    Pros

Stability, if not to the point of boredom, stagnation.

    Cons

Too top heavy and very little developement.

    Advice to Management

Trust your people, develop them and try to act like you care. Most UPSers are partners/owners in the company, but are treated like dirt.

    Pros

    The companies history and stability.

    Cons

Raises, stock, and constant threats to motivate.

    Advice to Management

Bullying does not motivate people and taking incentives away only gives people reason to leave.
