Great workout! Great drivers! Good hours.

Cons

Not always efficient in the way they do things.
not good pay.

    I have been working at UPS part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Health insurance, convenient part time hours, dental insurance, free public transit within the facility

    Cons

    Little opportunity for advancement in any area of the company, tuition assistance program pays very little if any school tuition, no co-op/internships for college students, corrupt management, weather conditions, dust from conveyor belts gets into nostrils

    I worked at UPS part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    full time benefits for part time work. and a turkey, but on Christmas, not thanksgiving

    Cons

    management promotes infighting to keep turnover rates high. union(teamsters) stewards are given the good jobs by management in exchange for looking the other way(literally).
    management are verbally abusive and on occasion also physically abusive. must work 14 yrs part time to be eligible for a full time position. 99 percent turnover rate within 3 yrs.
