I have been working at UPS part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

UPS is one of the best companies I've worked for ever. If you a re looking to be part time this is the place for you. The pay is worth it after some years of hard work and dedication along with the pay and the benefits are amazing. There is no other place I'd rather be than with my UPS family!!!

    Cons

There are some down falls to working at UPS they work you hard and the hours for preload are hard. I quit every other month, lol only in my mind because I know the benefits and pay out weight the pain and suffering. One day I will become full-time but until then I will stay in school and keep working.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training is very important especially for your part-time sups. I was just thrown into a supervisor position with no training and no support only after 1 month of employment. But I stuck with it and continued to learn, and still learning everyday.
